For over seven years, The Royalty Project has been dedicated to empowering individuals through our mentorship program, providing valuable exposure to the richness of Black culture, the magnificence of African descendants, and ‘melanin’ated’ power within our community. It has been a journey filled with growth, learning, and countless inspiring moments shared among royal youth, mentors, and partners.
 
As we reflect on our journey and look towards the future, we are thrilled to announce a significant evolution in our approach. After careful consideration and strategic planning, we have made the decision to expand our reach and impact by transitioning to a new model.
 
Moving forward, The Royalty Project will partner with organizations who share our vision and values to run program cycles in their respective communities. These partnering organizations will have the opportunity to license our curriculum, instructional materials, and access TRP staff consulting services, enabling them to implement our proven mentorship program effectively.
 
This strategic shift not only allows us to extend our reach to more individuals who can benefit from mentorship but also creates sustainable opportunities for growth and scalability. By leveraging the expertise and resources of our partners, we can amplify our impact and make a difference in even more lives.
 
We want to assure you that while our approach may be evolving, our commitment to our community remains unwavering. The Royalty Project will continue to uphold the highest standards of excellence, integrity, and dedication to serving our community members.
